Listing questionnaires

On the main page, there is a link named List the existing forms. Following this link will give you a listing of all forms in the system, newest first.

To answer or view a specific form, click on its title.

Answering a questionnaire

Questionnaires consist of two parts: header and questions. The header should tell you what the form is all about, and the questions are for you to answer. There are two kinds of questions: textual and multiple choice questions.

In textual questions, you are asked to write in something as an answer. Empty answers are not recorded, so if you have nothing specific to say to a textual question, you can leave it empty.

Multiple choice questions are usually pretty self-explanatory. You just choose an answer by clicking the radio button next to the most appropriate answer.

When you are done answering the questionnaire, just click the Send button.

Good manners

Answers cannot be altered once they have been submitted, so spend a while checking your answers before clicking Send.

All questionnaires are technically public, but if you have nothing to do with the subject of some questionnaire, please don't answer it. Some technique of form hiding will probably be implemented in further versions of the system.
